Honoring GMEFI Achievers

The report cards of our scholars from the Philippine School for the Deaf [PSD] and the Philippine National School for the Blind [PNSB] respectively were submitted to GMEFI Board Member, Mirana Medina. She was so excited to present them to the members of the Board during its Annual Board Meeting held last April 5 at the Guest House of Metro Manila College. In particular, GMEFI’s Deaf scholar Marjorie Morga excellently performed with a total grade average of 92% She is listed as one of the honors in this batch.

Blind scholar Ivy Roadel finished her K-12 course. The Board of Trustees decided to continue supporting her in college so long as she enrolls in a state university. Because of the amazing achievement of our PWD Scholars, the members of the Board also decided to add more PWD students who are underprivileged yet deserving.

From Metro Manila College (MMC) —- Last April 13 Graduates and undergrad College Students were awarded for their hard-work during the School year 2017-2018. GMEFI is delighted to learn that some scholars were also granted an academic excellency.

Graduation day, April 14, GMEFI is proud to announce that the highest honors were given to both GMEFI Scholars, Gillian Torlao and Ronilo Subaan were MMC Summa Cumlaude and Cumlaude respectively.
