“PULE” for the Benefit of Gawad Metronian Scholars – Last Day of Showing

The week-long screening of “PULE: Utak ng Rebolusyon” directed and edited by Mirana Medina, Gawad Metronian Educational Foundation, Inc. [GMEFI] Board Member and Community Educational Assistance Program Head ends today.

The docu’s interpreters aside from the Silent Steps – two Deaf and two hearing interpreters. Interestingly, Ma. Elena Lozada [Deaf – the last girl in the picture lineup] was the former student of Rosa Susano Elementary School Sped Coordinator, Ms. Mercy Cubero. The latter was surprised and quite happy to see unexpectedly her former student in the film. RSES happens to be the school chosen by the Philippine Federation of the Deaf, a Funds assistance grantee of GMEFI
Proceeds of the film will go the GMEFI’s Scholarship Fund.
